Frank Bosia | Chief Executive Officer

Frank Bosia is the Chief Executive Officer with SHELLTER where he provides corporate leadership, strategic management, directs day-to-day operations, directs innovation, curriculum development and training, security audits, threat and risk assessments, red teaming, policy and procedure development and modification, and benchmarking. He maintains a Top Secret /SCI Clearance. 

 

Bosia retired as a SEAL Command Master Chief after 30 years of service in the U.S. Navy. He is an accomplished national-level program manager and is recognized as a leading authority and architect in Special Operations and Naval Special Warfare (NSW) for Special Operations Command (SOCOM)/NSW Special Activities Programs. Since his retirement from the military, Bosia has continued to serve in government contracting and private sector security. He holds a Master of Science in global leadership and a program management certificate from the University of San Diego Business School, a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies from Excelsior College, NY, and an Associate of Arts from Chapman University, CA.
